It is important that we know as much information about your puppy/dog and training needs prior to class. Therefore it is important that we are aware of any problems you might be experiencing. We can then offer the best service to you and offer the best advise. Please select boxes if they are relevent to your puppy / dog and give any details of puppy problems such as exessive puppy biting, house training, stealing etc.
